Helping people and organisations to fight poverty by providing grants, goods, and services to those in need.
We are a dedicated organization committed to supporting charities that assist individuals who lack access to basic necessities that many of us take for granted every day.
Our Foundation was created by a group of friends in memory of Billy Abernethy-Hope, a compassionate, fun and loving young man who sadly died at the age of Twenty. Billy's zest for life made him a popular lad, lovingly remembered by those he met but his natural ability to care for others was probably his most remarkable quality.
Through this Foundation, we hope to continue sharing Billy's love by supporting Charities who help those who don't have some of the basics we take for granted everyday.
Billy quizzed his family about the homeless ... why are they sleeping rough? why don't we give them money to help them? why is no one speaking to them? aren't they really cold and hungry?
So our mission is to financially support charities who share Billy's passion to improve the lives of the homeless. Through a variety of routes, we will receive money from those who want to help the homeless but don't necessarily know how. We welcome all applications for grants. This can be found on our Funding Applications Page.
Our amazing board of Trustees are passionate about launching and supporting a charity which strives to make a difference to the lives of the homeless.
We meet regularly and welcome questions from anyone interested in our Foundation or our objectives.
